HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
All single shirt and sticker orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail, which is usually 2-5 business days for delivery. Multiple shirt orders are always shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which is 2-3 days delivery.
CAN I UPGRADE SHIPPING IF I NEED MY ORDER SOONER?
Of course! And sometimes we'll upgrade your shipping at no cost to you! Just let us know if you need your order by a specific day and we will do all we can to make that happen!
HOW LONG IS THE NORMAL TURNAROUND TIME?
We are a print-on-demand company, meaning we typically only print shirts once an order is placed, and turnaround time from when order is received until it is shipped is usually 3-5 business days, except for peak times such as the Christmas season when it can stretch to 5-7 business days. Also, sometimes weather-related events will delay blank shirt orders from getting to us, which could delay the turnaround time as well. As always, if you need your shirt by a certain day please reach out and let us know and we will make it happen for you!
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the common credit and debit cards such as Visa & MasterCard, as well as Discover, AMEX, Diners, and even Maestro! And of course we accept Paypal as well!
DO YOU ACCEPT VENMO, CASHAPP, OR ZELLE?
While we are unable to accept those as forms of payment on our website, we will gladly accept those for payments if you'd like to contact us and make arrangements to place your order that way, either through email or via text!
WHY IS TEXT YOUR PREFERRED METHOD OF CONTACT?
I know this takes some customers off guard, but oftentimes my hands are too full with printing shirts to stop what I'm doing and answer the phone. I wish that it was a more complicated answer, but being only a 2 person operation and the 2nd person isn't always available means I don't have enough hands oftentimes to handle every task. Not to mention it gets pretty loud in here when we are printing shirts and stickers at the same time. Texting or emailing allows me to keep the production process rolling and getting back to you at the first chance that I get. Just remember that if you do text to please be respectful of normal business hours.
CAN YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS OR CAN A CUSTOMER SUGGEST A SHIRT OR PRODUCT?
ABSOLUTELY! We love hearing ideas and feedback from our customers! We can do one-offs based on something you'd like that you can't find anywhere, or add them to our store if we really love the idea and give you a free shirt in the process!
CAN YOU DO BULK ORDERS OF CUSTOM SHIRTS?
ABSOLUTELY! We do shirts locally for businesses, schools, events, and organizations and we'd love to give you a quote for your next shirt order!
ASIDE FROM T-SHIRTS WHAT ELSE CAN YOU GUYS MAKE?
A lot of things actually! In addition to the t-shirts, stickers, and caps you see on the website, we can also do custom signs and banners and ship them anywhere in the US for your business, organization, or event! If you're looking for something custom made at a great price give us a shout!
