REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, & RETURNS
Shipping & Delivery
Every shirt that we sell is produced specifically for that customer at the time the order is placed, with normal production time as 2-3 business days prior to shipping during normal times of year. Please allow a couple of extra days during peak times such as the Christmas holiday. PLEASE NOTE: If you need your order in hand by a certain date, please let us know by including a note with your order, by calling our shop at 318-737-8919, or sending us an email to email@example.com and we will do everything in our effort to assure your order is delivered by the date you need it by.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Because all of our items are produced for each customer on a per-order basis after each order is made and confirmed, we do not offer cash refunds, only exchanges for a size correction or to replace an item that may have been damaged in shipping.
We only replace items if there is an issue with the size or if the item was defective or damaged in transit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
